A Logo is not fashion it is a mark that should be recognized also after a long period of time. Maybe it does not look very creative and very classic and traditional, what I have done here. But it is built on that's what is done before and shows some permanence and simplifies the reference, that looks official
New logo:
There is absolutely no need for, that would be contra-productive to an official image and absolute a bad idea: for the idea of the existing one is good and it is known, new Logo = lost of recognition
Changing and changing and changing a logo, that is not professional
this version is better for it is balanced
It is faster: no frames and no Schnickschnack!
It works in black and white as in colours also in smaller sizes as the existing one.
There is no need for a new CI I think!!!!

What we have common is, that we both understand the idea of a logo
As you can see, the current logo comes in some variations. I suppose that's why `BoffinbraiN considers your deviation a variation of $liquisoft's design rather than your own work.
The look of a logo has to be right designed and fit to the company and what the company is doing. But the use of the logo gives it strength and recognition and that makes it more official as designing logo after logo. The type I used as basics for my layouts was in use for some time I thought so I took it "as state of the art" (perhaps I'm wrong). Than someone should redesign the older one
But the logic stays the same
